Set amongst the apple orchards, Old Mac Daddy offers open spaces, mountain paths, a lakeside beach and plenty of outdoor activities for the whole family. In the chilly months enjoy sitting by the fire, reading books, playing board games and sipping on a glass of wine from our favorite local cultivars

Our onsite Daddys Adventure Gurus can arrange a variety of fun and family friendly including:

Access to The Lebanon Mountain Biking Trail

Stand-Up Paddle Boarding

Fishing on a catch and release basis, depending on dam stock level

FOR THE KIDS

Over and above these family friendly activities; your kids will love Old Mac Daddy and will be begging to come back. Old Mac Daddy was designed with kids in mind and includes

Designer children’s play area with indoor play room & outdoor tractor jungle gym.
Outdoor play space with swings, jungle gym and trampoline
Swimming Pool and Lakeside swimming
Arranged activities: waterslides, nature walks & baking (school Holidays only)
Babysitting services by arrangement day & night (please arrange in advance).
Baby cot at no additional cost (limited availability, request on reservation).

NOTE: we do need to draw your attention to the fact that Old Mac Daddy is situated on a working farm and that we do have large unfenced water areas. There are also farm tractors, bees and regular maintenance work in the surrounds. You are responsible for your children so please make sure they are supervised at all times in and around the lodge, especially around the pool, dams and children’s playgrounds.
